Besides utmost emphasis on academics, individual attention is paid to ensure physical, individual, moral and emotional development of a child in formative years. The house system further ensures personal attention in dealing with the emotional problems, while the perfect system infuses traits like discipline and determination.

The school is secular in character and student, irrespective of the faith they belong to, feel quite at home. The cultural festivals are celebrated at school and sanctity of each festival is maintained by giving it a homely touch. Common ideas and principles of different faiths promoting human values are nurtured as necessary stimuli for personality development.

There is morning assembly everyday, English and Hindi prayers are followed by thought for the day and news. Students deliver short speeches on topics of their own choice everyday. All students find their turn to speak on the mike. Anniversary of great Social reformers and national heroes are also celebrated to acquaint the young ones of their contribution.
